IMGFILETOOLS (operator of imgfiletools.com) (hereinafter, "IMGFILETOOLS" or "we"), operating the website https://imgfiletools.com, with contact email [email protected], authorizes the use of the services provided through our software-as-a-service tools (respectively, the "Services" and the "Programs"), subject to these Terms and Conditions. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. These Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms") are binding and govern access to and use of the Services. Using the Services (i) attributes the condition of user ("you"); (ii) implies full acceptance of these Terms; and (iii) confirms that you have read our Privacy Policy.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, not to share accounts improperly, and not to collect personal data about others without complying with applicable data-protection law.

We may update these Terms periodically. If we modify them, we will inform you by appropriate means. Continued use after a modification constitutes acceptance. Services may be used if you are 18+, or 16+ and living independently where permitted, or otherwise as allowed with adult supervision for minors. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

Subject to these Terms, IMGFILETOOLS grants you a non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services. We (or our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the Services and Programs. You may not copy, modify source code, reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), distribute, or publicly communicate the Programs beyond the uses authorised here.

You must use the Services in good faith and solely for their intended purpose, in accordance with law, public order, and these Terms. Reasonable-use limits apply. Prohibited activities include scraping/bots that abuse the platform, sharing credentials, and usage beyond what a human can reasonably perform for legitimate personal or business purposes.

Some features require Internet access. You are responsible for connection charges and quality. We may set technical limits (file size, storage, processing capacity). We recommend keeping your own backups of important files.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code, algorithms, or underlying methods of the Programs; or use outputs or the Services to create, train, test, or improve machine-learning systems, except as expressly allowed for legitimate use of our AI Tools features as an end user.

You may create an account with name, email, and password (or supported social/SSO options where offered). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use via Contact. Different account types (free, registered free, premium/business where offered) may have different limits.

You may not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes; interfere with security or availability; impersonate others; upload malware; infringe intellectual property; or generate deceptive synthetic media intended to defraud or mislead.

"Content" means files and materials you upload or create using the Services. You retain rights in your Content. Except as needed to provide the Services (and any longer retention expressly stated for a specific feature), IMGFILETOOLS deletes Content from processing servers within 2 hours after processing. We do not generally access file contents except as necessary to operate the Services or as required by law / support with your authorisation.

You are solely responsible for Content and warrant you have rights to process it. You agree to indemnify IMGFILETOOLS against claims arising from your Content or misuse of the Services.

Certain features may be free subject to fair-use limits. Paid subscriptions or credits, if offered, are priced as displayed at checkout. Automatic renewal may apply where stated at purchase. Non-payment may lead to suspension. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or required by consumer law. Payment processors may handle card data; we do not store full card numbers.

IMGFILETOOLS owns or licenses all IP in the Services, branding, and Programs. Feedback you provide may be used freely by us to improve the Services without compensation.

We provide general maintenance aimed at availability. Paid plans (if offered) may include faster support. Contact us via the contact form. If you share a file for troubleshooting, you authorise limited retention for diagnosis.

Be cautious of phishing and lookalike sites. Access only official IMGFILETOOLS domains. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or fraudulent payments.

We may modify, update, or temporarily discontinue features to fix errors or improve the Service. Availability may vary by region or language. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. FOR FREE USERS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED AS PERMITTED BY LAW. FOR PAID USERS, AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED (e.g. fraud or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights).

You agree to indemnify IMGFILETOOLS against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law/third-party rights.

Third-party links are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites. Social content you post about us is your responsibility.

You must not introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access or denial-of-service attacks. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable, are preserved.

You must keep non-public technical or commercial information confidential. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

A. Online image tools

Tools such as resize, compress, crop, rotate, watermark, and format conversion process uploaded images to produce downloadable outputs. Outputs are temporary and subject to the retention window in Section 9.

B. AI tools

AI features (for example background removal or upscaling) are provided on a best-effort basis. Results may vary. We do not use your Content to train AI models (see Privacy Policy).

C. PDF / render / business document tools

PDF-to-image, HTML/URL rendering, and invoice/quotation/receipt generators are provided for convenience. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legal sufficiency of business documents you create.
